You'll be well informed of your options in treating your oral
health conditions. We encourage you to ask any questions that
you may have about any proposed or performed treatment plan.
We pledge to discuss it with you promptly and openly.
Billing Policy
At the
time of service, a 5%
discount is offered in appreciation of all cash payments, and a 3%
discount on all credit card payments. For your convenience, we
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carecredit.
DENTAL INSURANCE
We accept and bill any dental insurance plan that allows YOU to choose your own personal dentist. In order to properly bill your insurance company, we ask that you provide us with all applicable insurance information. We can also make payment arrangements with you at the time of services. Northpointe Dental Arts is a PPO provider for Washington Dental Service, a Delta Dental Plan.
